Jason Bostic, Operations Manager

Jason Bostic is the Operations Manager for LFS Home Loans. Having been in the mortgage industry since 1999, Jason has worked in various capacities for both national lenders and regional brokers. Jason has been in the management side of the business since 2002. Jason received a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems from North Carolina State University in 2001. Jason was an active member of the campus community, serving as the Editor of Agromeck, NC State's Official Yearbook since 1902, and as a member of the Student Media Advisory Board. Jason also worked as a freelance designer and website developer. Jason's experience in media and design, coupled with his training in business and information systems helped him to develop some of the quality-control processes and internal systems in use at LFS Home Loans today. These systems are often transparent to the customer, but facilitate our ability to provide the best possible customer experience and rapid turn-around times at the lowest cost possible. These efficiencies directly relate to a smoother transaction for all parties involved in the mortgage transaction. Jason also firmly believes that no customer should be turned away unless all options are exhausted. We don't just want the easy deals, and we don't expect all customers to fit in the same box. Everyone is a unique individual who deserves individual attention and a loan customized for their individual needs. When not in the office, Jason enjoys photography and other creative endeavors, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
