Call LFS Home Loans toll free at 1-866-812-4826 and speak with your personal loan officer.   One of our highly trained team member will walk you through the complete application process at a pace the comfortable for you.  Our loan officer will answer any questions you have, and consult with you on various loan options and programs available.  They will also make recommendations on the best ways to proceed, some of which you may not have even considered

Ready to apply for your loan but don't have the time to complete a 4 page application?  We can accomodate that too.  Just complete our simple one-page mortgage qualifier that will give us the most pertinent information and authorize our office to run a credit check.  Once we receive the form we will begin qualifying you for your new mortgage, and call you to schedule a follow-up consultation that is convenient with your schedule.

Would you prefer to business face-to-face? That's ok if you do, we do too.  We are not the great Oz sitting behind some computer, and we are certainly not some call center overseas processing your mortgage loan the same we would tech support a computer.   No, we are people just like you and always prefer to meet our customers face to face.  If you within 75 miles of the Raleigh/Durham area, we'll set-up a consultation and come meet with you at your home or other preferred location.  And of course, if you are in the area and want to stop by our office, we'll gladly meet with you in our conference room, fix you a glass of ice water or coke, and go over your mortgage options with you.  All you have to do is call us toll free at 1-866-812-4826 to schedule an appointment, or feel free to drop by during our normal business hours.  Need to meet on a weekend or after hours?  No problem, we'll meet with you at a time that fits your schedule.  You are the customer, and its our job to meet your needs.
