Our team is comprised of talented individuals with many years of experience in the mortgage industry. Our team's combined experience and various backgrounds provides us the leverage and knowledge to compete with (and often beat) the programs and rates of larger banks and lenders. We don't want to turn down any loans, and we want to generate our business through referrals and word-of-mouth advertising. Those goals are evident in the quality of service and personal attention we give to every single loan applicant and business partner.

LFS Home Loans operates out of our retail center in the Triangle area in North Carolina. We are proud participants in the rapid growth that has characterized Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Research Triangle Park and the surrounding communities.

While LFS Home Loans is located in Raleigh, North Carolina, we don't just focus on the Triangle. We have vast business contacts and a large number of customers from the Eastern North Carolina coast, to the mountains, and everywhere in between. We also are extremely proud to extend our great customer service to the citizens of the great state of Virginia. We think you will agree that the nicest people and best communities are in the Eastern sections of the United States, and we consider ourselves blessed to have built strong relationships with Virginians and North Carolinians over the years.

Purpose Statement

LFS Home Loans was formed to provide current and prospective homeowners with custom-tailored mortgage loans at competitive rates. LFS Home Loans differentiates itself from the competition by offering products that benefit a broad range of customers of all credit backgrounds. The principals at LFS Home Loans have a vast amount of experience with national and regional brokers and lenders. That experience and knowledge is leveraged to provide prompt service and individualized loan programs that other area brokers and lenders often cannot.

We operate under two guiding principles:

We provide all customers, regardless of loan size, credit history or socio-economic background the same attention to detail and diligence.
